Return Policy

This policy explains how VERZES handles returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged items, and custom-printed clothing orders.

1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

VERZES accepts return or exchange requests within 7 days from the date the customer receives the order. A return or exchange will be considered only when the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the confirmed order.

2. Conditions for Returning Products

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition as received. The product should be returned with its original packaging, tags, invoice, and any accessories where applicable.

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error made by VERZES:

  • Custom-printed clothing, personalized designs, names, logos, numbers, artwork, or made-to-order items.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, washing, ironing, alteration, or improper handling.
  • Items returned without proof of purchase or after the return request period.
  • Clearance, promotional, or discounted products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

4. Custom Print Orders

Custom print orders are produced according to the customer's selected design, size, color, artwork, and instructions. Once the design is approved and production has started, cancellations, returns, or design changes may not be possible. Customers must carefully check spelling, artwork quality, size, placement, and color before approval.

5. How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact VERZES with your order number, full name, phone number, reason for the request, and clear photos or videos showing the issue. The item must not be used or washed before our team reviews the request.

6. Inspection and Approval

After receiving the request and supporting evidence, VERZES will review the issue and may request the product to be returned for inspection. Approval of a return, exchange, or refund will be based on the condition of the product and the reason for the request.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method where possible, or through another method agreed with the customer. Refund processing time may vary depending on the bank, card provider, payment gateway, or financial institution.

8. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by VERZES or a confirmed product defect. If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return delivery costs.

9. Damaged or Missing Items During Delivery

If the package is damaged, opened, or missing items at the time of delivery, please inform VERZES as soon as possible with clear photos of the package and product. We will review the matter and provide a suitable solution.

Note: Please check your size, color, and design details carefully before confirming the order, especially for custom-printed products.
