2. Business and Services

VERZES sells clothing products and may provide custom printing or personalized clothing services based on customer requirements. Product availability, designs, colors, sizes, and services may change from time to time without prior notice.

3. Product Information

We try to display product images, colors, sizes, descriptions, and prices as accurately as possible. However, actual product color, fabric appearance, print finish, or size may slightly vary due to screen settings, lighting, fabric type, production batches, and printing methods.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact information, delivery details, billing details, size selections, design instructions, and artwork. VERZES will not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, incorrect production, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

5. Orders and Confirmation

An order is considered accepted only after VERZES confirms the order and payment or agreed advance payment is received. We may contact the customer to verify order details, especially for custom-print orders, bulk orders, or unclear delivery information.

6. Pricing and Payments

Prices are displayed on the website or provided through official communication. VERZES reserves the right to correct accidental pricing, stock, or description errors before confirming an order. Orders may be processed only after payment confirmation or another approved payment arrangement.

7. Online Payment Gateway

8. Custom Printing and Design Approval

For custom-print orders, the customer is responsible for checking design spelling, artwork quality, size, color, placement, and quantity before approval. After the design is approved and production has started, cancellation, refund, return, or modification may not be possible unless there is a confirmed error by VERZES.

9. Customer Artwork and Intellectual Property

Customers confirm that they have the legal right to use any logos, images, names, trademarks, text, artwork, or designs submitted to VERZES. VERZES is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or ownership claims related to customer-provided artwork or instructions.

10. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location, stock availability, production requirements, courier service, weather, public holidays, or events outside our control. VERZES will make reasonable efforts to complete and dispatch orders within the expected timeframe.

11. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to the VERZES Return Policy. Custom-made or personalized products are generally not returnable unless there is a confirmed defect or an error made by VERZES.

12. Website Use

Customers must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful files, submit false information, interfere with website security, or use the website for unlawful activities.
